Initiated by Oscar Doza and Terres de Café, this project involves creating a batch of small beans, which are generally sold at low prices on the local market. Here, thanks to rigorous quality sorting, these beans are valued for export and generate higher income for the small producers from whom Oscar buys the cherries, around the Altos Del Bijao farm
