This lot comes from the Arbegona washing station in the Guji zone of Ethiopia. It is comprised of coffee grown by numerous smallholder farmers in the surrounding area. This particular lot underwent a unique anaerobic washed process, resulting in a super vibrant, complex cup. Look for notes of strawberry, lemonade, and black tea.
