About This Coffee

This washed Red Bourbon comes from the Bukeye Washing Station in Gitega, Burundi, operated by Long Miles Coffee, whose work has helped bring consistent quality and transparency to the region. The coffee is sourced from smallholders farming on Rubirizi Hill, which sits at approximately 1,750 meters above sea level just east of Gaharo, within the broader 1,500–1,800 meter production range served by the station. In the cup, this coffee is smooth and balanced, with a black tea-like profile, bittersweet pomelo acidity, and a maple-syrup sweetness that rounds out the finish
