Banko Gotiti - Washed - French Roast

About This Coffee

A relatively early arrival for this season and from a large processing site, this washed Ethiopian is probably not going to be the best of the season. I’m anticipating better tasting coffees with a similar taste profile to land in the coming months, which is why I only bought a limited amount of this coffee, and I won’t be able to get more because it sold out within a day from the importer. All that said, I haven’t had a coffee with this taste profile in a few months, so I’m really really happy with how it tastes. Very zingy, very acidity forward compared to the classic washed Ethiopian profile
