Our Maui Mellow, a 100% Maui coffee blend, is popular with coffee drinkers looking for sweetness and balance in their cups. Just like our other Mauicoffees, the Maui Mellow is low on acidity but high on flavor. You can expect notes of almond biscotti, vanilla, cinnamon, and honey for an overall balanced cup.  The Maui Mellow is a delicious medium roast, which means that it’s perfect for filter as well as holding up when pulled as an espresso shot. If you like adding milk or creamer to your cup, then no problem – it complements both perfectly. Our Maui coffees are crowd-pleasers. This means that as well as appealing to specialty coffee drinkers, they’re also popular with those who are just starting to appreciate better coffee. For the Maui Mellow, we recommend brewing as single-origin espresso (and espresso-based drinks), cold brew, drip, or French press at a 16:1 ratio.
