About This Coffee

This lot is a blend of different varieties from the small Finca Aurora, where certain lots are processed together. This blend combines five varieties: Geisha, Pache, Bourbon, Catimor and Caturra, resulting in an exciting and delicious profile. Due to the high altitude, the cherries ripen particularly slowly, giving the coffee a complex, almost buttery sweetness. We taste aromas of green grape, dried apricot and black tea. The washed process ensures a clear body and a long-lasting sweet finish with nutty notes.
