Shinsaibashi, where LiLo Coffee Roasters is located, is a vibrant district in Osaka where people and cultures from around the world come together. Just like the energy and excitement that sparks when diverse personalities collide in Shinsaibashi, this coffee is bold, powerful, and full of life— with a gentle touch of sweetness that lingers at the end.   ① Bold and wild bittersweetness of dark chocolate. ② The roasted aroma of caramel and walnut, with subtle herbal notes. ③ A buttery aftertaste with a lingering rich sweetness of molasses. When I thought about what makes Shinsaibashi, Osaka so unique, what came to mind was “the beauty of addition.” It’s a place where people of different generations, nationalities, and lifestyles come together—and everyone is free to be themselves. While it might seem a bit chaotic, I see that as part of the fun—that's the Osaka spirit. By blending just the right amount of boldly sweet, fire-roasted Indonesian beans, I created a coffee that reflects the vibrant and easygoing energy of Shinsaibashi.
