Grown in the highlands of Huila, Colombia, on the Danilo Pérez family farm and processed using the natural anaerobic method, during which fermentation takes place for up to 200 hours. The result is an exceptional, exotic coffee with a refined, almost wine-like character. The cup reveals intense notes of fruit and flowers - plum, mango, lavender and hibiscus, while a hint of port wine adds richness and elegance.
