This natural Arara, grown by Erly Silva in Sul de Minas, showcases ripe strawberry and dark chocolate notes. The Arara varietal produces excellent quality cups, with high sweetness and pronounced fruit character, here reminiscent of ripe strawberry atop the traditional dark chocolate character of Minas. Serra da Canastra is relatively small by Brazilian standards, especially in the highly productive region of Southern Minas
