About This Coffee

This is our first time sharing a lot from the highly esteemed Villatoro family and their farm Finca la Esperanza. Aurelio is a coffee legend within his family and the surrounding community and is proud to have his son, Rodin, helping out now as agronomist. Clearly there is a deep passion within Aurelio and his family for quality and excellence and it shows in this small lot we are privileged to share with you. Fresh off the grind we are smelling sweet vanilla and chocolate aromatics. The sweet aromatic prelude does not disappoint in the cup and is joined by flavors of apple and milky way – a wonderful closure for our Central American season. If you love sweet, clean, lively, balanced, and chocolaty coffee, then Villatoro will not disappoint
