About This Coffee

Making Spirits Bright!!!!   We are utilizing two washed coffees to make the base of this blend,  a sweet, comfy cup for all to enjoy! The washed Caturra from Guatemala has a fudgy profile, with juicy red fruit notes that play well with the washed Catuai from Northern Nicaragua.  We added a Catuai fermented with Cacao mucilage to bring in a little body, an experiment that we've worked with the Bressani Family on for many years now!
