In the heart of Paraná and São Paulo, Luiz Paulo leads Capricornio Coffees, a movement redefining what Brazilian coffee can be. As the first farmer ever to serve on the SCA board, Luiz combines scientific vision with deep respect for the land and its people. Capricornio is celebrated as a “Great Place to Work”, known for its strong focus on sustainability, gender equality, and regenerative agriculture. Although this coffee isn't our craziest tasting coffee, it's definitely one of the most interesting ones.
