About This Coffee

Where not too long ago naturals from Ethiopia were considered defects, now they are sometimes among the best of coffees you can get. This high grown and exceptionally well processed lot has everything you want. The coffees from this washing station were so good in fact that we bought two different lots from different harvesting days, it was hard to choose with which to start, but we were especially looking forward to the fruit-bomb and rich plus complex layers that we found in here. With mango and papaya upfront, berries and florals next, rich plum as a base and a sparking champagne finish this is one to savor.
