This coffee from producer Raul Perez, with whom we have collaborated for several years, offers a distinct profile with plum fruit notes, but as it cools, it develops brighter orange notes. Characteristics specific to the unique microclimate of Acatenango and the volcanic lands of the region, which are rich in nutrients.
