About This Coffee

This dark roast house blend of 100% Maui coffee has long been popular with coffee lovers looking for smooth, chocolatey, and nutty flavours in their cup. Our Maui Mana is a darker roast with lower acidity. This means you won't get notes of fruit or wine; instead, that acidity is replaced by rich, smooth flavours, with notes of cocoa powder, baking spices, chocolate cookies, and nuts. If you like to add creamer to your coffee, then we’ve got good news for you: the sweet, cookie-like flavours of the Maui Mana will hold up and perfectly complement the milk (dairy or otherwise) in your cup. After nearly a decade of offering our Maui coffees, we've also seen that they’re real crowd-pleasers. They’re beloved by both specialty coffee aficionados as well as those who are less experienced. As well as being delicious when brewed as filter or espresso, we also recommend using our Maui Mana for cold brew. Furthermore, it’s incredibly versatile whether you drink it with milk or without – we’ve found that it’s perfect for an americano, a cappuccino, or even the AeroPress!
