About This Coffee

Bitalina has an extremely small garden of .3 hectares (.75 acres) growing both Pacas and traditional Bourbon. We are again very grateful for the opportunity to work with this very special coffee. In the cup, we find Italian plum, cranberry, and ripe blueberry.
