About This Coffee

Every once in a while whilst cupping an origin’s new harvest you come across a lot that just speaks to you. This was one of those for us, it just hits everything we look for when thinking of a Guatemalan coffee. Juan and his wife are the example for people who put the work in, buying their own land, starting out with knowledge from their parents, and learning year after year. Yet nowadays still doing all the tough work on the land as well. Its a cup perfect in its simplicity, with juicy peach, sweet honey and bright orange flavors.
