Panama Elida Estate Vuelta

About This Coffee

Whole beans from the farm Elida Estate from Lamastus family Estate, in Panama. It is a geisha natural process from the plot called Vuelta. This plot of Elida Estate is very famous for producing regularly lots ranked at Best of Panama. When hot, it tastes very juicy, hints of tropical fruits. Do you know the Arlequin candy ? This is it but in a very more subtle way. The body is heavy and velvety. As it cools down a bit, it is a powdery coffee with flavors of violette, citrus, a bit of rose and also praliné. It is a quite fermented coffee, reaching Joachim’s limit (which is basically zero haha).
