Finca Ermelita was created in 2020 and is named after Dreyde's grandparents Ernesto and Melania. It is located in the Chontali district at 1960 meters above sea level, its main variety is geisha coffee. With an area of 2 hectares, it has a rainy climate suitable for coffee cultivation. Dreydi is part of a new wave of young, innovative coffee growers who see specialty coffee not just as a livelihood, but as a field of endless possibilities
