Last year we had the chance to bring you Reinel Borbon's yeast fermentation from El Espejo. This year we were able to get ahold of his single variety Pink Bourbon coffee! Pink Bourbon is an heirloom Ethiopian landrace that made its way over to Latin America. The hallmark flavors of Ethiopian plants mix with the terroir of Huila in this lot, showing sparkly pink lemonade and tropical guava notes, with a sweet panela finish. Reinel Borbon's careful processing is evident in this washed process coffee, making it an elegant addition to your mornings
