About This Coffee
Fruity, balanced and really juicy: Felix has found a great lot again! No matter if filter or espresso - somehow there is always too little in the cup. But that's the only catch. The dry preparation (natural processing) ensures that this coffee gets exactly the right interplay of peach and apricot notes (including the associated fruity acidity), medium, directly silky body and a round finish that stays in your memory for a long time. A hot tip for a new favorite coffee, not only for fans of Ethiopian Naturals! About the processing: For this, the cherries were sorted and floated (unripe cherries float and are sorted out). They are then dried in the shade for one day, then spread out on raised African beds and dried there for 20–30 days until the target moisture content is reached.
