About This Coffee

Since 2014, the Halo Beriti washing station, located in Ethiopia, has welcomed more than 750 small producers who deliver their coffee there in the form of fresh cherries. These farmers often cultivate on very small plots and also produce other crops. The coffee is then sorted, weighed and processed at the station, without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Thanks to rigorous manual sorting, only perfect beans are retained. Although individual traceability is difficult, the partnerships established with the stations make it possible to find the same exceptional profiles each year, by valuing committed and sustainable collective work.
