Zimzala

About This Coffee

We like to think of our Zimzala coffee as the middle child of the blend family: brighter than it's older brother Bombora, more full and less fruity than it's younger sibling, Nosegrind. It’s a modern take on a classic, a traditional full espresso blend with more citrus and sweetness than most. It will please all but has something extra for those with discerning tastebuds.. and isn’t that all of us anyway? The powerful apricot zing of Zimzala is courtesy of a high-altitude Colombian coffee blended with a more rounded Brazilian bean. Combined they give a syrupy-sweet, yet well balanced shot, perfect for a morning-espresso or for a light yet complex milk-based drink.
