From the volcanic lands of Antigua, a historic and emblematic region of Guatemalan coffee, this lot reflects the know-how of local producers and the heritage of the great fincas of the valley. Grown between 1,550 and 1,900 m of altitude in a fertile environment, protected by the Agua, Fuego and Acatenango volcanoes, this coffee benefits from a unique terroir where rich clay soils and a temperate climate shape profiles of great finesse. In the cup, this coffee reveals a silky texture and a beautiful balance, carried by a gentle roundness. Mandarin brings a delicate acidity, before giving way to warm notes of dark chocolate and a sweet and persistent almond finish. An espresso you'll never tire of.
