This decaffeinated swiss water decaf light roast blend is seasonal, capturing the very best of the current world coffee harvest and focusing on specialty coffees that have proven themselves to shine, even after the somewhat invasive process of decaffeination. Freshness is king with decaffeinated coffee, be it the green coffee itself, the time elapsed since decaffeinating it & the freshness of the roast. We’ve figured out that for optimal taste, it should be roasted within 3 months after decaffeination. Roasted in Australia.
