About This Coffee

The ultimate daily coffee [The blend has been updated / Mid-October 2025] Seasonal blend, the blend changes depending on the season. It is a blend that fits in any situation. At our store, we use it for both espresso and drip coffee. By roasting it a little longer and adding more heat than single origin beans, we balance sweetness, acidity, and texture. The acidity is more gentle and mellow. [Woriwori] is taken from Basho's poem, "Clouds here and there, giving people a break, moon viewing." If single is the moon, then blend is the cloud. "Space" is important in everything. Taste Blueberry, fig, apricot, milk chocolate
