About This Coffee

This coffee is spicy like mulled wine and sweet like nougat with a touch of orange. This particular lot went through natural processing followed by the Nyagishiru Washing Station. Only the ripest cherries with high sugar content are selected, floated to remove defects, and dried slowly on raised beds for 31 days. During drying, they are carefully hand-turned and sorted based on weather conditions. The result is a beautifully warm, sweet cup with notes of mulled wine, nougat, and orange
