About This Coffee

A mix lot of Bourbon and Geisha with a pleasant floral and gentle sweetness. A gorgeous flavor of pear and lemon. This coffee has a wonderful rich sweetness like cane sugar and honey. Mr. Anastacio and his wife, Ines, run the Alto San Jose farm in Puno. The couple focuses solely on coffee cultivation, cultivating Bourbon, Typica, and Caturra, and in recent years has planted many Geisha trees with the aim of further improving quality. The 3-hectare property has a washing plant and drying pallets, and carefully manages carefully selected harvesting and production processes. In 2023, he won the COE award and is a coffee farmer to watch in the future.
