Every year, we create Panettōn, our sweet holiday blend, to represent the flavors of the cake — and to celebrate the relationships we share with producers, partners, and customers alike. It’s one of our favorite holiday traditions to share with you. This year’s blend includes three coffees from longtime sourcing partners. Limão Rosa, a pulped natural coffee from Brazil, provides a sweet foundation of yeasted shortbread and nutty toffee. Gamatui, a naturally processed coffee from Uganda, adds rich dried fruit with a boozy kick. And the washed San Lorenzo from Guatemala brings the sweetness of candied orange, honey, and raisin. Panettōn is equally at home at your Thanksgiving table, at a holiday party with friends and family, or in your morning coffee mug.
