This coffee is such a clean stunner. It's very perfumy and have a complex citric acidity in a cup thanks to the River-Flow Fermentation that is a signature process from the Altieri family in Panama. River Flow Fermentation means the anaerobic bags are put within a flowing river to maintain the temperature stability during the fermentation to avoid any over-fermentation flavours.
