This coffee is a testament to innovation, tradition, and the relentless pursuit of excellence. Since 2015, they've partnered with Beanspire to implement a "Kenya-style" double washed process, a method that involves pulping cherries, fermenting them without water, followed by a second fermentation with water, and then a final soaking and washing phase.
