Amarech Ararso is a coffee producer, entrepreneur, and community leader in Hada Bekele, Idido, in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. Her two-hectare farm is located at an altitude of 2,050 meters in the shade of false banana trees, where the Heirloom variety develops rich and complex aromas. The fruits are processed by the Anaerobic Natural method, a seven-day fermentation in barrels, followed by 15–20 days of sun drying
