About This Coffee

A washed Bourbon with floral lift, bright fruit, and a clean finish. This lot is fully washed, with careful cherry selection through flotation, an 18-hour fermentation, and slow drying on African beds. This is a delicate and refined coffee. It offers a crisp acidity and a tea-like body. Floral aromatics lead into flavours of white grape, plum, hibiscus and honeycomb sweetness. The result is a clean, well-structured cup with depth and clarity and a rounded finish that gently lingers.
