About This Coffee
Specialty coffee from Africa that is carefully selected and picked daily to maintain its quality. After harvesting, the selected coffee fruit is flooded with water, from which only the fruit with the highest density is selected. In the next stage, the coffee undergoes dry fermentation for 14 hours, at the end of which it is thoroughly washed to remove the sticky organic matter secreted from it. From there, the coffee beans undergo mixed drying between shade and sunlight for about 20 days in total
