About This Coffee

This smooth, balanced coffee comes from the Monserrate Cooperative in Huila, Colombia. By offering a fixed price on their coffee, we’ve helped the community to invest in long term projects. Since 2017, Irving Farm has contributed over $30,000 which has funded wastewater treatment infrastructure, solar coffee drying infrastructure, and emergency landslide relief.
