The GUJI region, located in the southern part of Ethiopia, is known for its fertile soil and high-altitude coffee farms. The area produces some of the best coffee beans in the country, with a unique flavor profile influenced by the local terroir. The Buku Sayisa village is located in the WAMENA district, in the GUJI region. Located at an altitude of 2350 meters above sea level, the Buku Sayisa washing station is one of the highest coffee processing stations in Ethiopia. This coffee of ours grows on small family farms in the surrounding area. The average farm size in this area is 2 dunams and most of the coffee is grown in garden plots that also produce other crops
