About This Coffee

From the deep-soil region of Hamakua on the northeastern side of the Big Island of Hawaii, great Hamakua coffees often have a medium to heavy body and ample sweetness. This is an excellent coffee for those who like robust, straightforward dark roast coffees. Don't expect bright, fruit-like flavors in this cup, as it leans more towards "round" and warming notes like molasses, fudge, and a dark stout beer. Our Hamakua coffees are favorites of coffee club members and are only offered when we have enough after serving the club.
