Natural processing reveals a creamy strawberry texture, while Washed lots bring out elegant plum and apple notes. The soft mouthfeel and balanced acidity create a fruity, sweet profile. The Kawacom White Nile Project tells the story of over 8,000 smallholder farmers who have made Uganda an emerging specialty coffee region since 1998 through sustainable practices and innovative processing.
