This organic and Fairtrade-certified espresso is both chocolatey and powerful, soft and sweet, with a rich smooth finish. In spring, fresh harvests from the Incahuasi cooperative in Peru arrive at our roastery, and later in winter we switch to new coffee from Comicovel in Honduras. This means we can always offer a coffee that’s in season – and tasting its best. The result is a clean, reliable brew with character.
