About This Coffee

Adriana Diaz Castillo is a third-generation coffee farmer who, together with her husband, deviated from the family’s traditional path to start farming exotic coffees. Eight year ago, they started on their journey and have since won prestigious awards including Producer of the Year. Their Gesha stands out with syrupy notes of sweet lemonade, delicate bergamot, and subtle wintergreen. It’s a true expression of their brave commitment to quality. Beyond coffee, their farm is a place for creativity and sustainability. They use coffee byproducts in foods and grow crops like bananas, citrus, and avocados. Adriana is incredibly connected to the land and hopes to bring visitors to the farm where they can also connect with mythological legends rooted in nature.
