Eye of the Tiger is our seasonally evolving espresso blend, crafted to highlight the flavors of the in-season component coffees in unique ways. This winter edition shines with refreshing citrus and tropical fruit notes complimented by a caramel sweetness. This iteration represents two exciting new purchasing relationships from Ethiopia and Kenya, and one of our oldest, from the infamous Guatemalan farm El Injerto
