About This Coffee

From the world-renowned Nuguo, we present a Honey process Geisha, lot 842. We were fortunate enough to meet Pocho Gallardo this year in Panama and cup his latest harvest on the farm. It was an experience that is hard to describe - each coffee was unique, interesting and had exceptional clarity, each coffee available in an incredibly small quantity. It was a reminder of how extraordinary coffee can be when precision, intention, and place come together in perfect alignment. This lot was secured once we returned home - we couldn't say no to another coffee from Pocho. In the cup, we found flavour notes of honey, mandarin and blueberry.
