About This Coffee
Kanzu is a private wet mill buying coffee cherries from approximately 60 farms on the surrounding slopes. The area where the cherries grow has some of the best components for cultivating coffee—high altitudes, a lush ecosystem, and volcanic soil. Small farmers – many have less than 200 trees – bring their carefully picked cherries to the Kanzu washing station where they are processed
