Santiago is a particularly full-bodied espresso from Brazil, reminiscent of pecan, dark chocolate, caramel and brown sugar in taste. Roasted as an espresso, Santiago develops a lot of sweetness and a very distinctive body without unpleasant bitter notes or roasted flavors. A creamy-velvety texture rounds off this balanced espresso wonderfully. A really good 100% Arabica coffee from São José do Rio Pardo, a renowned growing region in Brazil
