About This Coffee

This Pink Bourbon is sourced from 25 farmers in Huila, Colombia. Once thought to be a genetic cross pollination of  Red and Yellow Bourbon, it was recently it was discovered to be an Ethiopian landrace varietal that was transplanted in the last decade to Central and South America. In the cup, it’s super juicy and sweet, with notes of cola and praline, and a caramel finish.
