Los Monjes AA is a lovely coffee from the municipality of Oporapa in Huila, Colombia. This coffee represents the work of many producers in the region who have several generations of coffee growing knowledge behind them. These are smaller scale farms growing mostly traditional varieties of Caturra, Colombia, and Castillo. The agroclimatic conditions paired with generations of coffee growing experience bring us this easy drinking and crowd pleasing coffee
