About This Coffee

When we received this coffee it presented with a slight amount of paper in the cup that was not present during our initial sample cupping. Due to this we worked hard to rehydrate the coffee and to develop a roast profile to serve you with a product that better represents what we initially experienced. While we think this coffee is excellent, we are offering it at a discount. This is a pleasant coffee from Murang'a, located in central Kenya, composed of a blend of SL28 & SL34 cultivars. You will find Sungold tomato on the nose, followed by a pleasant tea-like presentation of blackberry leaf. As you finish your sip you will have a pleasant linger of white wine, that reminds us most of pinot grigio.
