About This Coffee
Our eighth year buying this wild lot by Café Granja, with soft fruit and cacao notes shaped by their trademark fermentation. Individual doses are ground and sealed in nitrogen-flushed packages, maintaining the clear aromatic character of freshly ground coffee, for over a year after roasting. For this process, CGLE have used a very long in-cherry fermentation of around 50 hours in open temperature-controlled tanks
