El Salto Lot 53, Geisha Washed

About This Coffee

Earlier on in the year we cupped their latest harvest with producer, Laura Suárez. It was the first time we tried their coffee, and for the first time get to showcase what they do on our menu. This lot is a washed Geisha, or to give it it's complete name: GWLB S2-4 Geisha Washed Lot #53. It has a flavour profile reflective of the process - it is an extremely clean cup, with floral and citrus notes. In the cup we find flavour notes of cherry blossom, blackcurrant and citrus.
