About This Coffee

Our coffee is sourced from the region of Sumatra in Indonesia. The flavor profile includes notes of red wine, molasses, and chocolaty. The dark roast will be stronger, more smoky, more bitter and less sweet and less acidic. The coffee beans are pulled out of their coffee cherry, they are washed and then sundried for 1-3 days
